Nirupa jest dzieckiem z zespołem Downa, pochodzi z wioski plemiennej. Matka, chora umysłowo, nie była w stanie się nią opiekować, a więc krewni im pomagali i zajmowali się dzieckiem, co jest tutaj powszechne i godne pochwały. Jednak ta biedna rodzina ma dość własnych kłopotów i własnych ust do nakarmienia, więc przyszli do nas po pomoc.

Nirupa is a Down Syndrome child from a tribal village. Her mother who is mentally ill is not in position to look after the child and so as it is common here (and praiseworthy) the relatives came to their aid and took charge of her care. But this poor family have enough of their own troubles and enough of their own mouths to feed so hearing about us they came for help.
